Buying a new buggy is almost as tough as buying a new car or even a new house. There are so many different types, colours, sizes and brands available that you may be overwhelmed by the choice, I know I was.
The most important thing when picking a baby buggy is comfort for baby and that forfills what you are looking for in a stroller. Another aspect that often goes over looked is picking a stroller that is comfortable for you as well as baby. I always remember being told by some friends about the time that they went walking with their fairly cheap pushchair and after a few miles both ended up with painful blisters on their hands. I have heard other cases of strollers that don’t have adjustable handles being pushed by taller people and them complaining at the end of the day of terriable back ache.
Finally its an awesome idea to practice floding up the buggy before you take it out for the first time. I have personally experienced the comical pain in the arse of getting back to my car and not being able to fold the buggy down and having to ask someone to help me fold it down.
It’s always tempting to try to save money on buying a cheap pushchair but like a lot of things, you get what you pay for. Do you really want to be pushing that pushchair home having to put up with a couple wobbly wheels.
